Zutphen record from 19/01/1582

Hello in Nederland. Can anyone transcribe this record from 1582 into today's Nederlands. I know who Evert van Carvenhem is. Carvell is possible Kervell / Karvell. Sessinck leads me to a farm in Ulft, east Gelderland, by that name - which was being leased by a family named van Kervell (alias Seijsinck):

Allsoh vann der gravinnen van Schouwenborch zeckere schrivendt an dennmagistrat alhier in dato denn 16 huius (doorhaling: ge) belangende restitutie vann een geroevetpeerdt, soh eener Sessinck off Carvell Everthenn vann Carvenhem verkoefftund noch ter tijdt bij denselvenn beruste[n] deiss, angebrachtenn und verlesenn undobg[emelde] Sessinck tot sulckenn fine van dennvoern[oemde] Carvenhem advertirt und nyet geko[m]-menn und ’t selve peerdt nyet in vijandenlandenn gehaelet, iss resolviert undmehrgemeltenn Evertenn vann Carvenhem operlacht denn eygeneren ’t peerdt thoerestituirenn.

Dear Luke,

Although the language of the eastern Netherlands is not my forte, my attempt below.

Since a letter, written by the Countess of Schouwenburg, addressed to the magistrate of this town, has been received (dated the 16th of this month), regarding the restitution of a stole horse, sold by a certain Sessinck or Carvell to Evert van Carvenhem and currently still with the latter, and as the aforementioned Sessinck, having been notified and read to, has been summoned by the aforementioned Carvenhem to conclude this matter, but has not appeared, and as this horse has not been retreived from enemy's territories, it has been decided and has been ordered to the aforementioned Evert van Carvenhem to return the horse to its owners.

Thank you very much - it is vey clear. I would score your effort at A+. You may be interested to know that the two men involved in this event may have been related. The Carvenhem name was spelt in many different ways, including Carvell or Kervell. The people who lived on the Sessinck farm at Ulft (since 1561) where know as van Kervell alias Sessinck. There is a reasonable chance that they came from Zutphen (informed speculation). It is fact that Evert lived in Zutphen his whole life. PS: The name that won in the end was van Kervel. Thank you once again.
