This is what the document says but, to give you some context, take into account that this is the time when the Habsburgs (the emperor Charles and later his son Philip) were affirming his authority in front of the Castilian nobility - which frequently must have involved some land and property confiscation. Actually, it is likely that this Pedro de Osorio was a relative of those noblemen who, just a generation earlier, had risen against Phillip's father, Charles, in what is known as "revolt of the comuneros".
