pothuis en bailge

Dear all,

The top left entry gives permission to do something to the Blue Hound house, also difficult to decipher. Many thanks for any help, including what pothuis en bailge means.

I think the image is missing, but a pothuis is small extension in front or alongside of a house, which extension is covered by a small steep roof. It could be used as storage (e.g. for cooking utensils), but was also sometimes used as a small store; it derives its name either from pots for cooking or from pottery as salesware. Examples of such pothuizen in Utrecht and Groningen in attachments.

A bailge means bellows.
