I am hoping someone could please transcribe an item ORA Overbetuwe, Protocol van bezwaar Elst, inv. 295, fol. 259, dated 26 May 1654. For easier viewing, I decided to attach it below as a reply to this post. It's the item in the red square.

Bij contract opgericht in forma van Magescheit den 26a
mey 1654 tusschen Hendricxken Roeloffszen weduwe van
za(lige)r Cornelis Vermeer ter eenre, ende Cornelis Vermeers
voorkinderen bij za(lige)r Jenken Huijberts v(er)weckt, wordt Jan
van Worckum als vader van sijne twee onmundige kinderen
bij Eijtgen Vermeer verweckt toegescheiden een hoffstede
gelegen in desen Ampte onder den kerspel van Elst in de
Buirschap Heedt, daer Oostwart naest gelant is Geurt Sas,
West: het weeszhuis tot Arnhem, Suidt: die Verloren Zeegh
ende Noortwart de Straet. Reg{istrat)a den 30a augusti 1670.

Magescheid [1]
As by agreement drawn up as Magescheid on the 26th
of May 1654 between Hendricxken Roeloffszen, widow of
the late Cornelis Vermeer as first party, and the children procreated by Cornelis Vermeer
in his previous marriage with the late Jenken Huijberts, Jan
van Worckum, as father of his two children not yet come of age
he procreated with Eijtgen Vermeer, has been allotted a homestead
situated in this ambt [2] within the parish of Elst in the
buurschap [3] Heedt, in the east adjacent to the land of Geurt Sas,
in the west to the land belonging to the orphanage at Arnhem, to the south to the Verloren Zeegh [4]
and to the north to the common road. Registerd on the 30th of August 1670.

[2] Ampt or Ambt: type of administrative division governing a group of municipalities; comparable to a county in the UK
[3] Buurschap: very small settlement, usually comprising only a few farms and houses
[4] Verloren Zeeg: canal in the province of Gelderland, partly still in existence, partly disappeared
