Dear Steve, these are highly standardized scabinal acts, I suppose from either Den Bosch or Tilburg. Especially the Bosch' Protocol is in a class of its own in its riches and difficutlies for modern readers.  I have transcribed the first act form 1474:

Steve, it depends on having time deal with these texts! By the wayhe abbreviated word after librorum is monete. A second formula is also clear, pertinentibuss et attinentiis. The second deed from 1476 concerns the same property, and mentions Johan, the son of the first Johan van Boerde.
