I am not sure about the meaning of the o character mentioned with the value. It is not meant as half, as this symbol is mentioned clearly in other entries (the symbol looking like a 'long z'). Maybe used as short for 1/8th (octavo)? Another option would be to interprete it as a zero, but that would result in a far higher value than other entries; also it would be easier to note it as XL.
