Help Needed to Transcribe 1613 Deed – Can You Decipher Cornelis Geurts Vermeer’s Document?

Hello:

I’m seeking expert assistance to transcribe a challenging historical document: a deed dated March 12, 1613, from ORA Overbetuwe, Gerichtssignaat Bank van Elst, inv. 102, fol. 186. The text is difficult to read, and I need help deciphering its details.

A brief reference from Proeve tot samenvatting van de Vermeer’s by Mr. Dr. J.C. van Sandelin mentions only “Cornelis Geurts Vermeer” in connection to this deed. If anyone can transcribe or interpret the full contents, I’d be incredibly grateful!

To ensure clarity, I’ll attach the document as a response to this post for better readability.

Thank you for any help you can provide!

My attempt. I am not entirely sure about the names and toponyms. As this is clearly a document from the eastern part of the Netherlands, it contains specific terms and spellings used in this region only. So: open to suggestions and improvement!

Summarised: it concerns a legal action against Cornelis Vermehr, who allegedly has appropriated parts of the inheritance of a person without being entitled to do so.
