Hi Frank,
#2: refers to documents containing data on the baptisms of both bride and groom, excerpted from the baptism registers originally administered and kept by the church and in 1811 archived and kept by the municipality
#3: this refers to a official document provided by the vrederechter (justice of the peace, a local judge in charge of dealing and judging on simple legal issues) of the Heusden region. This document contained a written statement confirming the death of the father of the groom as well as the grandparents on the fathers' side of the groom; such documents usually were composed when there were no other legal documents available to prove the death and were appearing less frequent in the course of time, as after 1811/1812, all births, marriages and deaths were registered in standardised registers everywhere in the Netherlands, kept at and administered by the Public Record Offices of the municipalities
#4: refers to a document containing data on the death of the mother of the bride excerpted from either a death register or (before 1811) burial register
#5: translated it says: 'having heard the verbal statement by the mother of the groom and the father of the bride, both present, of consenting in this marriage, having signed this act of marriage together with the witnesses present'
These documents have been preserved and are available via FamilySearch. I will upload those in a bit.
