I am trying to understand the role of Marritgen Wijte in the Delft NA from 1575.

I transcribed it from the last two words of the second line onward. Maritgen is the occupant of the home where the transaction this act refers to was made; in this deed there is no mention of any relation between Maritgen and the other persons mentioned in the deed.

jaer, elckige marghen voir drie carol[us] guldens tstuck van XL gr[ooten]

 

At first
Claes Cornelissz declared that Vranck Joesten van Delfgaeu
has agreed to let to him, the person stating this declaration, on or around the 3rd of June or somewhere around
that time, with Pieter Andressz and Philps Janssz being present at the home of
Marrigen Wijten at Delfgauw, 8 morgen of pasture land
situated within the Hof of Delfland, previously used and possessed by the late Jan Willemssen,
for the time of this current year,
each morgen of land to be let for the amount of 3 Carolus guilders, each guilder worth 40 groten
