This concerns the burial of a child of Leendert Woutersz van der Leth in Delft.
I can't read the address at the end?
Also I'll attach another burial, again a child of the same man above..for 1665, 21st of the month.
Again it would be really useful to know what the address reads at the end of the entry.
thanks for any help.
best wishes
Anne
The address is a bit disappearing in the margin, but from what is visible, I can assume that it must be the Coremer(c)t = Korenmarkt.
The second address is the Oudelft bijde Rotterdammerpoort = the Oude Delft near the city gate called the Rotterdammerpoort
That's great, thanks Rene.
The address at Koornmarkt 1663 fits with 'De Pauw' pottery factory, where Petronella and her husband Leendert lived and worked from 1662 when they married.
The address for 1665 was more puzzling until I checked the map and address for pottery factories in Delft. De Pauw is shown as Koornmarkt westside, and Oude Delft east side, so I think that also fits. Sadly when another child died in 1668 the address is given as Koornmarkt.
Mystery solved!
best wishes
