It is indeed hard to read from the Utrecht document. But : he died in Utrecht, wijk (neigborhood) K, house number 258 (that may have been a hospital), 32 years of age, ongetrouwde (unmarried) son of his parents; in the Utrecht document both are mentioned as 'wijlen' (deceased). He was a construction worker (bouwman), born in Beusichem and living in Asch near the town of Buren. When somebody died outside their place of residence, a death certificate was composed in the town where the deceased had died, a excerpt copy was sent to the town the deceased was residing and was copied into the local death register.
