Is this deed dated 25 September 1680 with the name Jannetge van Straten or widow of Willem van Teijlingen?

I'm not sure at all, but this was the closest to the date shown on another document I've read. It's supposed to be about the debts she owes?

A quick glance hopefully will reveal if this is the correct deed.

No, it is a deed concerning other persons, dated 27 September 1680
