The person selling or buying is Henri Hurault, comte de Cheverny. (born 1575, deceased 1648)

Ignore my post about Henri Hurault as he's nor the buyer, nor the seller. The reason why he's mentioned as first is because this happens under his jurisdiction.
It's a contract between seller Nicollas Longuenal from Chaulmont & buyer Pierre Brasseulx from Orléans. What's been sold: several items, hence the long contract. It starts with a room in a house (strange, but that's what it says), then several pieces of farmland.
