It does! I transcribed the first bit (can't type it out at the moment, if no-one beats me to it I'll try tomorrow) and it's a declaration by two people who have served in the Company of Captain van Dongel, on behalf of Balhasar Keurvorst.
They declare that they sailed out (I think on the 16th of March 1676) on the ship "Thuijs te Cruijninge"* captained by Romer Vlack, with the national fleet commanded by Jacob Binckes. They arrived at the island Tajana (?) on the 3rd of May, where they seized the fortress that was captured by the french. Special mention is made that the requirant (I think that is Balthasar Keurvorst) managed to get down and seize the fortress flag.
After that they went to the island Margalante, where the french surrendered. Then they went to the island St. Maerten, which was also conquered from the french, after which they went to the island of Tobago.
I only got this far, but once transcribed it makes an interesting read!
*My first translation of the ship's name: "thuijs te conijninge"; a konijn is a bunny in dutch. When I googled the captain, I found a wikipedia page for a grandson, Roemer Vlacq, where his grandfather's ship is named, and it was not associated with a rabbits whatsoever.
