1669- possible purchase of property?

This should include Jacob Hoppestein, but as far as I can see he's not mentioned , or signed the deed?

Possibly about the purchase of a property in Gasthuislaan, Delft with 'special mortgage'?

I'm only interested in what was 'special' about the mortgage, if indeed this does refer to Jacob Hoppestein.
