The address is Verwersdijck oostsijde = the eastern part of the Verwersdijk.
The mentioning on the right page concerns 'de wed(uw)e van Simon Elsevier met een / groot huys 800'.
1654/55- payment for damage
This document concerns compensation paid to those residents in Delft whose homes were damaged by the 'Thunderclap' of 1654.
Towards the bottom of the left side I think it gives an address?
Towards the middle of the right side, (13th entry) it possibly says 'the widow of Simon Mesch' -800.
The address and confirmation of the above would be really useful for my research.

Many thanks for your reply which is really helpful.
I'd seen someone else attribute this document to the widow of Simon Mesch, which I was surprised about, as all my searches hadn't revealed this link. I thought I'd missed something but it seems not.
