Hi Anne,
The deed you are referring to, starts a page before this, on the second image you uploaded, Susannetge is not mentioned at all. On the first page (see attached image) and your first image it says that on 26 January 1642 before Willem van Aller, notary in Rotterdam, appeared mister Gerrit IJsbrantsen on the one hand, living in Rotterdam and on the other Susannetgen Jans vander Straten, widow of the late Jan Jorissen, also living in Rotterdam. Both confirmed, the first party as seller, the second part as buyer, the sale of a certain house and the ground it stands on, situated at the south part of the Vissersdijk in Rotterdam. The house is situated next to the house of Dirck Gerritszen to the east and that of Vincent Casteleijn to the west, and stretching from the common street at the front until the boundary wall of the property of bake Jan Simons. They state that all existing rights and obligations related to this property will remain in force. The house is sold to Susannetgen for the amount of 2,100 carolus guilders, to be paid as follows: 1,100 guilders need to be paid in cash immediately after the ownership documents will be handed over on the 1st of May (the usual day for starting and ending lease terms). for the remaining 1,000 guilders, Susannetgen will obtain an bond letter (rentebrief) to the benefit of seller Gerrit IJsbrantsen. This bond letter will be at an interest rate of 5,25 percent annually. The buyer will always be allowed to pay the full mortgage amount, but will need to announce this full payment at least 3 months in advance.
The first party signs (a bit uncertain seemingly): S Susanna van Strate
The second party signs: Gerrit Isbrants van Broeckhoven
The other signatures are from both the two independent witnesses and the notary.
Anne
