1662- Loan-purchase of a house?

This deed refers to my last posting that Rene and Geert kindly helped me with yesterday.

I've now found the notary records for Dirck Rees and the relevant agreements.

There seem to be 2 parts (5 pages) involving Ariaantge Jans (van Dijssel) and Wouter Vosmaer, with both parties signing each deed- and a long list of items with values in each part.

I'm not sure if this is a regular purchase of a house- perhaps 'Het Vlies' (which I thought was owned  by Ariaantge's brother in law, Arent van Straten at that time) or something else?

Any help unravelling this mystery would be very welcome.
