Maria van Kittensteijn, widow of Arent van Stralen, living in Delft, rents out to Ariaantge Jans, wife of Jan Harmensz van d'Issel, half the store of the pottery bakery 'Het Jonge Moriaanshoofd' and the house belonging to it, of which the other half is owned by Jacob Wemmersz Hoppesteijn, for a period of 5 consecutive years, starting 1 November 1662 at an aanual rent of 140 guilders.
Any repairs that will cost more than 3 guilders will be paid for jointly by the proprietor (Maria) and the renter (Ariaantge), any repairs costing less than 3 guilders will be paid by the renter (Ariaantge). She will be allowed to have her paint grinded wherever she prefers.
