This deed concerns Petronella van Dijssel.

This time she is the creditor and Herman and Catharina Groothuisjen who are debtors.

Is it possible to tell why she's a creditor in this deed?

Dear Anne,

Looking at the text, it appears to be a loan by the mentioned debtors, worth 4,000 guilders. They will have to pay an interest to the creditor of 4 percent per annum, to be paid each year on 13 October. In case the debtors will be in default, 4 attorneys are assigned to act on this: Abraham Selchart van Wouw, Mattheus Stapel, Mr. [this title indicates he has completed a judicial education] Joachim Luijssen, and Abraham Oulrij.
